Essential Oils Sessions
Unlike basic aromatherapy massages which usually just add some random essential oils into the session for scent, the essential oils sessions I perform utilize specific essential oils and essential oil blends to promote relaxation and stress relief, offer immune support, decrease pain and inflammation, and elevate mood.
The single essential oils and essential oil blends that I use are based on dōTERRA's AromaTouch Technique®, the protocols developed and recommended by Boyd Truman in his book and in-person training, Symphony of the Cells, as well as my own continued learning and personal use of essential oils.
Each essential oils healing session lasts approximately 40-45 minutes. During the treatment essential oils are applied to your back, neck, shoulders, and feet using specific, very gentle, and slow massage strokes. The pressure is very light throughout the treatment, and this is not a massage session.
The combination of essential oils plus the slow & gentle movements help to stimulate lymphatic flow while encouraging deep relaxation of the central nervous system and the entire body. Many clients who have experienced these sessions have said that they feel more relaxed from this treatment than they do from getting a massage.
